Between Yalile and her three dogs, there is only love, which was the key when she decided to start her own business.
She thinks that we all have “the entrepreneurial vein” but when doing a career, we are not prepared to emerge but to be employed. To Yalile, being without a job was the key to achieve her dream.
She is neither a chef nor she drinks beer. Art, photography and design are her things but with her liquidation, her precious savings and a loan she made from her mother, she opened, at her sister’s house, “50mm GastroPub & Café”, a restaurant that encompasses all her passions.
In this corner of Guadalupe, San José, adults, children and pets are delighted.
“50 Dogburgers” are the most wanted dishes. They are handmade burgers for dogs, made with premium ground beef, chicken breasts, carrots, sweet potatoes, oatmeal, mint and Greek yogurt, without sugar. There are also cupcakes, pizzas and biscuits for the furry ones.
Yalile studied each of its steps, excited to start her business. She had the place that was the most important thing, as her sister, due to business, left the country.
Her uncles, her mother and her friends, helped her a lot; a guy made the tables, an aunt and her friends help her to serve the public; She opened her business two months ago and she is waiting for you from Tuesday to Sunday, starting at 2:00 pm.
