On Wednesday night, officers of the security forces were patrolling around El Carmen neighborhood in Puntarenas, when they saw some suspicious individuals near a dock. Upon arrival, they located 90 kilos of abandoned cocaine.
According to the Ministry of Public Security, a group of officers working on recovery of public spaces in Mora y Cañas park, when they saw strange movements by the side of the estuary. Some subjects were downloading packages from a truck carrying cattle and then they fled in two different vehicles.
