The Expojovem 2016 offers 70 entrepreneurship ideas to the public. It was inaugurated on October 24th at the National Stadium.
Mainor Cordero, Expojovem coordinator from the Ministry of Public Education (MEP), declared that the activity brings together 135 students from technical, private schools and school cooperatives throughout the country. They were chosen from among 2,500 students.
The projects are divided into 49 technical specialties.
Business ideas are varied, they go from food-preparation plants, dog spa, restaurants proposals to cooperative projects to improve the conditions of students in educational institutions,
said Cordero.
He added that many of the projects are just proposals, but some others are already running, for instance, the school cooperatives.
The ExpoJovem will remain open until October 26th at 5 pm.
The real goal is to develop the entrepreneurial culture among young people, children and students around the country.
On October 25th, evaluators chose the best marketing, finance and customer service plans, as well as business ideas and best stand.
