Students from the National Technical University (UTN), will have the opportunity to make exchanges, research projects and exchange of information, thanks to an agreement between the Central American Institute of Public Administration (ICAP) and that education house.
ICAP is an international organization of the Central American Integration System (SICA). It specializes in public administration, oriented to the development of human resources and modernization of public sectors.
Katalina Perera, Vice Chancellor of Teaching, said that with this agreement students will have access to postgraduate training, with a recognized institute at a regional level and with a high degree of quality.
The idea is also to be an ally in the development of human resources of the institution, the process of modernization and innovation of internal processes to achieve a projection at the international level
