Eight men were apprehended red-handed by officers of the Public Force, the Judicial Police and officials from the National Animal Health Service (SENASA). They were carrying altered, livestock, mobilization guides.
When they entered the place where the animals are auctioned at San Carlos Dock, the subjects were received by the officers, who were conducting an operation against the raiding and theft of cattle.
According to the police report, the men’s surnames are Marín, Porras, Araya, González, Aguilar, Villalobos, Blanco and Ugalde.
The subjects were carrying several cattle and their mobilization guides were altered in terms of numbering and requirements established by SENASA.
As a result, the detainees were immediately referred to the Public Prosecutor’s Office of San Carlos for due process.
