10 Central American producers and exporters of different types of fresh and processed fruits will participate in Tutto Food International Food Fair, which will take place from May 8th to May 11th, in Milan, Italy.
These companies will represent Costa Rica, Guatemala and Nicaragua.
The recruitment process was carried out by the Costa Rican Chamber of Foreign Trade (CRECEX).
Katherine Chaves, executive director of CRECEX, said that “Tutto Food” allows participants to get in touch with highly qualified international exhibitors and buyers.
According to Chaves, this is an excellent opportunity for regional companies to analyze market trends and understand the buying patterns of other countries. As a result, the process of choosing the Central American representation was exhaustive, because it is about showing “the best of the best”.
The 10 companies chosen from Costa Rica, Guatemala and Nicaragua will have the opportunity to present their products, trends, new launches, etc., in a special pavilion designed for Central America, which is expected to be visited by thousands of people.
The program of this fair has specific events for each sector. There will be spaces dedicated to frozen products and companies from the entire distribution chain. There will also be pavilions for drinks and food from many parts of the world.
“Tutto Food” is the most important fair for the agri-food sector in Italy.
