Three of the five suspects arrested over links with child pornography network were released. At the moment, the main suspects of the case are identified with the surnames of Solano and Núñez.
They are listed as alleged perpetrators of trafficking offenses for sexual exploitation, corruption of minors and sexual relations with minors.
In addition, the accused recorded pornographic material, which was distributed in 41 pornographic sites in Mexico.
The defendants worked as photographers and cameramen for a modeling agency, so they took advantage of their position to contact minors and take them to private sessions where they forced the victims to have sex under threats.
The Judicial Investigation Agency (OIJ) indicated that there are 26 victims identified, all girls between nine and 17 years old.
The Public Ministry explained that the rest of the people were investigated and continue to be charged in the criminal process, but as the investigation progresses, they will remain free.
Offenders allegedly offered courses and modeling sessions to children in vulnerable areas. In addition, the subjects made sure to written permission from the parents of the children, provided that adults could not attend the “private work sessions”.
