Canadian in love with Costa Rican nature died in accident

A Canadian man was identified as the victim of a traffic accident that was reported in Guanacaste.

The accident happened at dawn on Monday, and judicial agents removed the body of the victim, identified as Julien Clericali, 38, according to the Judicial Investigation Agency (OIJ).

Clericali had been living here for several months and was in love with the nature of this country, according to his social media.

According to the preliminary report, the incident was reported around 00:35 in El Jobo de La Cruz, Guanacaste; when the vehicle in which the victim was traveling overturned and hit a tree in circumstances not yet established,”

confirmed the OIJ.

The authorities continue the investigations to determine what caused the accident.
