Enjoy theater, art and dance in Quepos this weekend

During this weekend, Quepos will be filled with color, art, workshops, theater and cinema to celebrate International Art Day with a special festival that will be held from April 13th.

April 15th marks the International Day of Art and the birth of Leonardo Da Vinci, so we did not want to miss the opportunity to open a space for art, where the community can exhibit its artistic potential and also coexist through different artistic expressions,”

explained Jeff Duchesneau, manager of Marina Pez Vela.

The festival is totally free and open to the public.

On April 13th, the celebration will open at 10:00 am, with works by invited artists, In addition, from 4:00 pm there will be workshops for children and at 6:00 pm the theater function will begin.

The agenda for April 14th includes exhibition of artistic works in the morning and cultural activities will begin at 3:00 pm, with dance performances (at 3:00 and 5:00 pm), children’s workshop (4:00 pm) and outdoor film screening of the film Loving Vincent.
