Today, Pablo Morales Ceciliano will receive The Central American Torch of Liberty. He is a 13-year-old young man, bookworm who also has the best point average in his classroom at Liceo Experimental bilingüe de La Cruz.
Morales declared that he is very excited and proud. His speech will be inspired on the slogan: “Freedom to pursue new citizenship”.
He will deliver his speech at the border post in Peñas Blancas. Morales intends to recall the message that came from Guatemala inviting Costa Ricans to join and celebrate independence:
Let’s celebrate the 95th anniversary of independence and let’s pay tribute to the beautiful legacy that we have: peace and democracy.
