A call center company in Heredia is looking for 100 people to work for them on the services that they provide to customers in the United States.
Monica Gazel, General Manager of MG Jobs, declared that they are also offering positions to seniors who frequently have more difficulties to find a job.
The call center recovers portfolios in the United States. Most customers are Latin American people so 85% of the work is in Spanish, but they must speak English because the headquarters handle all in English (…) we are hiring people of 60, 65, 70 years old who speak fluently in English and Spanish,

The main requirements are to be at least 90% proficient in English, to have high school diploma and to have good negotiation skills.
The call center is located in Ultrapark II, Heredia.
