After finding a bone in León XIII, specifically a pelvis, the Judicial Investigation Organization (OIJ) is investigating whether it is the sixth victim of the fire incident.
At the moment, the police have found 5 victims. However, due to the site conditions, authorities do not rule out that the number increases. However, the OIJ hasn’t had reports of any missing person.
Due to the possibility that the number of deaths increases, the officials confirmed that they have already reviewed the site and they don’t think it is a possibility.
The suspect of starting the fire, surnamed Jiménez Peraza, will spend the next 6 months in pre-trial detention.
