A week ago, a landslide blocked a pipeline in Tierra Blanca, Cartago.
On November 27th, officials from that aqueduct tried to enter the area, but weather conditions forced them to leave the site without repairing the problem.
Cristóbal Madrigal, person in charge of the pipeline, said that so far the system continues working at 100%.
The place where the collapse took place borders with Prusia Park. As consequence, Madrigal informed that if water service is disrupted in any place, residents must inform authorities to coordinate water supply.
Madrigal stated that the system has the capacity to supply water for 1 or even 2 weeks.
