A school teacher, 2 students and a DJ were sentenced for raping a 15-year-old girl

A school teacher, 2 students and a music DJ were condemned to high prison sentences for raping and sexual abusing a 15-year-old girl in October 2013.

The minor was a student from José Albertazzi Professional Technical School, where the teacher worked and the other 2 adolescents studied.

Yesterday, the Criminal Court of Desamparados sentenced the teacher to 26 years in prison for 2 rape crimes. In addition, one of the students was sentenced to 24 years in jail for 2 rape offenses and the other young man was condemned to 14 years in prison for rape and attempted sexual abuse. The DJ was sentenced to 12 years in prison.

The events occurred after an activity carried out in Los Guidos de Desamparados’ community room. The man invited several students to a commercial establishment located in San Francisco de Dos Ríos. He lied and said that his wife and a daughter were waiting for them.

The teacher managed to gain everyone’s trust. She knew the other 2 classmates and asked her mother’s permission to go,

said Alfonso Ruiz Ugalde, the victim’s lawyer since the beginning of the process, in association with Henry Vega.

Having consumed half of a beer, the child felt sick. Apparently, the accused took advantage of that moment to take her to a car where the multiple rapes would have happened.

After that, they took her to another bar and they were out all night. The victim managed to remember and describe 6 rapes and 2 sexual abuses. They even exchanged positions in the vehicle to assault her,

Ruiz said.
