American Airlines team in Liberia is rewarded for its customer service

The American Airlines team at Daniel Oduber Quirós International Airport in Liberia received the “Customer Cup” award, awarded by the airline for its performance in customer service during the fourth quarter of 2018.

The competition for this quarterly award includes all airline stations around the world, grouped into categories according to their size and measures such as luggage handling, service reliability and overall customer satisfaction.

The team in Liberia met and surpassed all the objectives imposed by the company during the fourth quarter.

To celebrate, the airline organized an event in a Guanacaste hotel for the executives of the airline and the team of Liberia.

There are many steps in a customer’s travel experience, from registering luggage to being welcomed on board,”

said Norberto Rojas, American’s operations manager in Liberia.

Each of these interactions is part of the general impression of the airline on the client, this deserved recognition is proof of the effort and quality of service that our team provides to our customers in Liberia,”

added Rojas.

American currently offers daily flights from Liberia to Miami and Dallas / Fort Worth all year and to Charlotte by season.
