An American man was found dead on Sunday night in Cahuita, Limón.
Kenneth Cabrera, supervisor of the Red Cross, reported that the alert was received at 6:04 pm at the bus stop. The paramedics declared the man dead on the scene. The body did not seem to have signs of aggression.
At the moment, the cause of death is unknown. The scene was guarded by personnel of the Public Force.
So far the authorities only know he was a foreigner, but they are still investigating whether he was a tourist or if he lived in the area.
