Officials from the Public Force surprised an alleged street drug dealer in Belgrano, Hatillo, central canton of San José.
The man is surnamed Dávila and he is Nicaraguan. He had a load of crack prepared in doses for its illegal distribution.
The subject carried 103 doses of crack and 31,000 colones in coins and bills of several denominations.
The Public Force of Hatillo regularly conducts operations to detain drug-trafficking suspects.
