The application also indicates which is the nearest authorized entity to carry out the procedure in case the person is a potential candidate. In addition, users will be able to follow up on the case using their ID number and make complaints on irregularities in the process.
The app intends to eliminate the participation of intermediaries who normally work with families as facilitators of housing bonus information, and at the same time, to reduce the repetitions and reprocessing generated by the presentation of incorrect or incomplete procedures by the potential beneficiaries.
