A woman died and three other people were injured on Sunday as motorcycle men fired at opponents voting in western Caracas in a symbolic plebiscite against the Constituent Assembly convened by President Nicolás Maduro, according to the prosecutor’s office.
Now there is an investigation on the death of Xiomara Escot and the three wounded, during an irregular situation in the populous district of Catia, announced a bulletin from the Public Ministry.
