According to Dr. Franklin Hernandez of the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO), last year saw 2,314,000 cases of dengue with 1,200 dead in Latin America. Immigration records an increase of 18,000 foreigners who entered the country
According to immigration records, the period from December 14, 2013 to January 9th registered a net increase of 18,000 foreigners entering the country, as compared to the previous year.
