The Superior Council of the Judiciary set the new amount for the commission of crimes contained in the Criminal Code at ¢446.20. The provision was adopted by this administrative body during the session of December 18th, 2018.
The base salary will serve as a parameter to determine various penalties established in the Criminal Code, as well as other fines and taxes obtained in regulations that use that same salary as reference.
