The neighbours’ coordination and a WhatsApp group with local police were key to capture a burglar who was stealing a house located in Brisas del Cerro, Nicoya, Guanacaste province.
The suspect, named Martínez, was apprehended carrying jewelry, food, a computer and other electronic devices.
