The price decrease on buses fare shall apply starting on Tuesday October 11th after the 2.9% discount on the domestic tariffs decided by the Regulatory Authority for Public Services (ARESEP).
The drop in the price is due to variations in the price of fuel and would be around 5 to 215 colones. As ARESEP pointed out, this is the third consecutive reduction that takes place in the semester after reviewing the cost model.
The routes 126, 288, 1248 and 329 were already adjusted so the new tariff´s trim is not going to affect them.
