Starting Monday, applicants for a drivers license should be able to get through on the phone to schedule a practical test. A call center with 20 agents will replace employees for the Directorate of Road Safety and Education (Cosevi) in taking appointments. The number, 900-010-10-10 will cost 220 colones per minute and attend calls between 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Saturday.
