The second edition of the Chocolate Fair will be held from July 14th to 16th in Old Customs. The activity schedule will be from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
The meeting will be attended by 74 chocolate companies, who hope to captivate the public with their products.
According to América Jiménez, organizer of the activity,
the objective of the event is to promote the culture of national production chocolate… Some of the participants are chocolatiers who produce their own cocoa, and those who purchase it from others and then work it. There are also those who make chocolate in the Greater Metropolitan Area, but they buy cocoa on farms.”
There will be producers and entrepreneurs from Upala, Limón, Cahuita, Talamanca, Guanacaste and GAM, who will exhibit the best of their production.
Undoubtedly, the Chocolate Fair is a delicious panorama for chocolate lovers where tastings, talks, workshops and shows will not be lacking.
The value of the entrance to the event will be two thousand colones.
