The road between the Cookie Factory Pozuelo and the Jardines del Recuerdo cementery is being expanded to four lanes and the pavement works started on Monday, so there will be night closures on said road.
The works will be conducted between Virilla River and Jardines del Recuerdo every day from 10:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m.
This is the final phase of the expansion project, which is scheduled for March 7th, when the second two-lane bridge that is being built on the site is finally ready.
The General Cañas highway will be enabled as an alternative route with a traffic lane in each direction on the bridge Alfredo González Flores, over Virilla River.
