A Colombian man named Bueno Rivas will be the first foreigner deported by national security authorities. The man was found in Playa Sirena in Golfito very close to a boat that apparently was carrying drugs.
The subject accessed the country illegally, which is why the process for deportation to the South American country has already begun. This was confirmed by security minister Gustavo Mata, who said that this is the first effort to prevent foreigners with a criminal history from entering national territory.
According to Mata, the Immigration Office was already instructed to start with a strict plan to prevent access by foreigners classified as dangerous to the country.
At the moment, the subject cannot be related to the drug, but the hierarch said that they hope to expel him from the national territory as fast as possible.
