The hearing held last month could not be finished
Constitutional Court has ordered an administrative court to complete within 15 days a public hearing on the environmental viability of the construction of a new port in Moin, Limon. A previous hearing had been suspended due to the threat of violence. APM Terminals hopes to start construction in March of 2014.
