Melissa Mendoza, Chief of the Service, said that during November 10th they had difficulties with the assignment of the appointments, specifically with the time.
The problem occurred when the time of the appointment that was registered in the respective voucher didn’t match the text messages that are sent to the patients to their cell phones as a reminder of their appointment.
