a number of DOTERRA brand products are being sold without sanitary permits for cosmetic, alimentary, detergent and cleaning uses.
They may not be dangerous, but it is unknown what they are made of and therefore your health is at risk, as it is warned by an alert issued by the Ministry of Health.
According to the ministry, among the identified products there are soaps, facial creams, toothpastes, ointments, deodorants, moisturizers, hair and hands care products, others such as food, detergents and cleaners, as well as natural products or articles with pharmaceutical properties.
Those products have not been evaluated by the Ministry of Health, so they can endanger the health of the population. DOTERRA Costa Rica S.A. is allowed to market only essential oils to be used as flavorings or fragrance,
was indicated by the Ministry.
The recommendation is that you stop using immediately these products.
