La Sabana Metropolitan Park offers a great scenery and it is much better if you look at it from the sky.
Many people took advantage of the heights thanks to the drones. However, the Costa Rican Institute of Sport and Recreation (ICODER) had to place 2 signs to indicate that the use of drones is prohibited in this area.
According to Director of Facilities Management of the ICODER María de los Ángeles González, this occurred after a Civil Aviation request because it is a aircraft transit zone since they all head to Tobias Bolaños Airport.
