The photographs of two Englishmen sought by the Costa Rican authorities were published in various media in England under the title “The Most Wanted Englishmen”.
The fugitives were identified as Adriana Oliviera Barton, 47, who is wanted for a fraudulent administration and Charles Richard Harsden Noton, 42, who is also wanted for the same crime.
Costa Rica asked Interpol to issue an international red alert in order to get these people. In England, the images appeared next to eight other English people that are required by authorities of different countries.
