Five young men failed to comply with the measures they had to follow at the Zurquí Youth Training Center in San Luis de Santo Domingo de Heredia.
According to a police source, the managers of the juvenile prison didn’t notice their absence the count time.
This institution is part of the National Center of Attention to the Juvenile Criminal Population of the Ministry of Justice and Peace. In its facilities, minors may have conditions to leave, but return to sleep, among other measures. Escapes are recurrent in this center, since minors have certain benefits.
