The former Nicaraguan State supplier, Noemi Pavón Gallardo, fled her country after a judge issued a warrant against her while facing a legal process for the crimes of blackmail, threats and ideological falsification against her former partner, Tamara Montes, and her friend Vanessa Espinales.
The authorities also ordered a raid on her house, after Pavón claimed to have losses and returning a minimum amount to her partners, without presenting credible support for the failure of the company.
Confidential sources assured the press that the fugitive crossed the border illegally and would have requested Migration and Alien refuge, but she was rejected.
The prosecution refused to receive the complaint that this woman intended to present against the secretary general of the Mayor of Managua, Fidel Moreno, for alleged threats.
Pavón denounced that in the last days she has been followed by people in a white van, without plates and a dent in the back.
She also told local media that she fears for her life. Pavón added that she has been seeking justice for two years, for which she has filed several complaints and despite having obtained resolutions in her favor, these have been reversed.
According to Pavón, this happens because they are people “linked to a political power”.
