A liter of super will increase from ¢667 to ¢672 per liter, diesel from ¢619 to ¢632 and for regular gasoline, the price goes from ¢651 to ¢648. Cooking gas will also have an increase of ¢11 per liter. Carolina Mora, spokesperson for ARESEP said that the increase is due to a monthly calculation that considers the dollar exchange rate and international market prices. ARESEP is also considering a ¢24 request for increase made by the Costa Rican Oil Refinery due to their margin costs.
