This morning, the Costa Rican Railways Institute (INCOFER) suspended the 7:15 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. trips from San José to Cartago and vice versa.
Last Monday it also canceled two trips due to a failure in the system of compressed air, caused by one of the vehicles that hit the train.
María Fernanda Arias, a spokeswoman for the entity, said that the problem is still present, so they were forced to cancel these trips too. The other trips will continue as usual.
