Thanks to the contribution and work of the community, residents of Isla Venado built a police station that will benefit 885 people.
The community looked forward to this time. The inauguration took place on Friday with the presence of the citizenship and some authorities, such as Deputy Minister of Security Bernadette Marin, Vice Minister Juan José Andrade and Regional Director of Security Forces in Puntarenas Juan Carlos Arias.
The police station houses six policemen: they will be responsible for guaranteeing the order and security. They count on two motorcycles and a patrol to comply with their work.
