“La Aventura de Zuco” dance show will be presented at the Arts Center from the Technologcal Institute of Costa Rica (CEARTEC) in Cartago. The event will take place on October 22nd and October 23rd at 3 pm. The admission is free and the auditorium has a capacity of 500 people.
It is a work written by Arnoldo Ramos (actor and theater director) and it is about the protection of the environment and natural resources.
La Aventura de Zuco is targeted at children. The topics to be developed are pollution, depletion of water resources and unmeasured invasion and destruction of ecosystems by human beings,
explained Ana Isabel Valverde, choreographer of the play.
It is intended to build a rapport between children and the universe of the staging. It aims to promote a culture of responsability actions against the reality of life.
Zuco and his friends start a journey full of adventure and magic from the forest to the city and then to the sea, where they’ll face Rasuba, a character who is always polluting.
TEC dance group is in charge of the interpretation and its members are Sergio Herrera, Fernando Acuna, Deyvis Alvarado, Cristopher Castillo, Daniella Fernández, Eugenio Mata, Pablo Méndez, Gabriela Morales, Ana Nororis, Isaac Ortiz, Christopher Porras, Rafael Porras, Sophia Quintero, Anderson Rivera, Karol Carvajal, Viviana Sanabria, Daniel Sánchez, Mara Sánchez, Fabiana Santamaría, Andrea Solano, Solano and Diana Lucía Villalobos.
