On July 7th, a 39-year-old man was arrested under suspicion of spreading child pornography through social networks.
Apparently, the subject sent child pornography to a person who alerted authorities through 911.
The Organismo de Investigación Judicial (OIJ) started the proper investigations and they were able to identify the man, who was arrested at his workplace around La Sabana. After that, they raided his home, located in La Aurora de Heredia, and they seized more than 400 CDs and several electronic devices. Authorities will analyze the CDs to determine its content.
