The Judicial Investigation Organization (OIJ) raided a luxurious home in Heredia, belonging to the alleged owner of a hydroponic marijuana lab that was dismantled on Tuesday.
The man is a Dominican national but also a nationalized Costa Rican. He was arrested on Tuesday, but the raid was conducted by the OIJ on Wednesday.
Heavy weapons and apparently several million colones were seized during the raid.
The 2-floor house is valued in more than 140 million colones, with 6 rooms and a pool. Moreover, several expensive vehicles were also found.
