The eighth National Yoga Festival will be celebrated on July, 30th and July, 31st. The activities will begin at 9 am and will last until 9 pm at the Lebanese House in Paseo Colón.
Attendees will enjoy a variety of yoga classes, a fair of products for yoga practice, artistic performances and concerts. The festival is sponsored by the Costa Rican Association of Teachers of Yoga. As part of this event, on July, 29th different centers will offer yoga classes for free.
According to its producer, Josema Pérez, this time it was decided to organize the festival in the Lebanese House in order to give it a “new course”.
Georgina Solano, president of the association, explained that one of the main purposes is to spread the practice and take it to places where not everyone can have it.
Tickets for adults will cost 3,000 colones (5,000 colones for two days) and children and elderly people will pay 2,000 colones.
