A mall security video shows Claudio Sisniega Fernández’ last moments. He is a Guatemalan politician who was killed on May 3rd, 2016 in Moravia.
Along with Sisniega, Guatemalan Herbert Castellanos Rodas (41) also died: he appeared in a video released by the Judicial Investigation Agency (OIJ).
The images show Sisniega and Castellanos gathered with 2 subjects, hours before the crime. These men are now required for investigative purposes.
Sisniega was a candidate to legislator of Unión del Cambio Nacional (UCN) in the elections held in November 2015.
The victims were shot from a motorcycle.
According to the authorities, the foreigners entered the country as tourists.
