New school infrastructures in Talamanca!

The Indigenous School of Shiroles and the Daytonia School in Sixaola now have better conditions that will benefit 385 students from these indigenous areas of Talamanca.

five academic classrooms, a computer room, sanitary units, a school cafeteria, administrative offices were opened in Bratsi.

160 students attend this school, most of them receive FONABE grants and contributions from the Joint Institute for Social Aid.
The investment l was of 355 million colones.

Furthermore, in Daytonia, the school was completely rebuilt on stilts over three meters in order not to be affected by floodings.

This project will benefit 225 students, who will now have administrative areas, 7 academic classrooms and two kindergartens, a computer room and other works that will allow them to have a better educational development. It was an investment of 579 million colones.
