Poás volcano emitted fragments of lava on Monday night, according to the report of the National Seismological Network (RSN).

This activity has been frequent since the dawn of July 1st when the ejection of ballistic fragments were expelled between 1:15 and 5:00 a.m. The process was repeated also at night and dawn on July 2nd,”
reported Mauricio Mora, an expert of the entity.
Currently, the Poás Volcano National Park is closed to the public.
