Police create dog feeders

April 8, 2018 by Staff News Writer

Have you ever considered helping street dogs? The Municipal Police officers of San Pablo de Heredia not only thought about it, but organized an initiative to feed them by means of refillable feeders.

The officers want to help the animals and therefore created the feeders with pipes, to be placed in several sectors the canton that haven’t been revealed so far.

These are feeders for street dogs; they were prepared by our municipal policemen during their lunch time for a few days, with a joint initiative from a neighbor of La Puebla, Evelyn Ugalde,”

wrote the entity on its Facebook wall.

The idea is that neighbors help to refill these feeders, but only with dog food.
