The notary will be allowed to carry out mortgage processes, recognition of children from other unions, and other processes that take time in the courts.
The initiative also seeks to improve the sanctioning system through the implementation of orality processes, as well as a fund of mutuality and retirement for the benefit of persons exercising the profession of notary, by creating a series of credit and financial benefits.
