The route 27 will have a reversible lane every Sunday in January. The measure will apply between Pozón and Ciudad Colón.
The decision aims to facilitate the return of vacationers who remained outside the capital and who take advantage of the weekends for short trips.
The operation will be between 1 p.m. and 7 p.m., so the closing will be effective from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
During the closures, the authorities will not allow speeds higher than 60 kilometers per hour. If you must drive to Caldera during the operation, you can take the Atenas-Aguacate-Orotina route or go through Cambronero.
