Sanitary sewer works to begin on Wednesday in San José

The Costa Rican Institute of Aqueducts and Sewers (AyA) reported that as of October 31st and until November 20th, sanitary sewer works will be carried out around the Caribeños-Barrio Tournón bus terminal. This will affect transit, but not drinking water services.

The works consist of the construction of three wells with a diameter of 2.44 to 3.20 meters and a depth of four to six meters.

Therefore, the work schedule will be from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and there will be a complete closure of roads due to the placement of materials and equipment required for these construction works.

The first of the wells will be built in front of the Agricultural Industrial League of the Sugar Cane (Laica).

Users of this route are suggested to consider La Uruca and Barrio Aranjuez as alternatives.
