State institutions must submit full reports on damage caused by Otto

State institutions must submit within two months their full reports on the damage caused by hurricane Otto in the country.

These reports will allow the National Emergency Commission to prepare a detailed, action plan after the national emergency decreed by president Luis Guillermo Solís.

On November 30th, there were 4,425 people in 34 shelters.

461 communities reported some damage, mainly in the northern and southern Pacific area.
