Deputy Prosecutor of San Ramón requested 6 months of pre-trial detention for Noguera Henríquez, suspected of raping and attempted murdering a woman in the area.
The hearing to request the precautionary measures will be held today at the Criminal Court of San Ramón.
The subject was arrested on February 23rd during a raid conducted along with the Special Tactical Response Service (SERT). Although he tried to escape, the subject was arrested by the agents.
The victim denounced Noguera, who apparently forced her to have sex with him. She also accused him of threatening her and attempting to kill her.
The 34-year-old man has judicial records, which include crimes of robbery and drug trafficking.
